Gentrie Pool, Director of Sales for Sterling Administration, has a long line of industry credentials and excellent experience to help Sterling clients design and implement plans that deliver results for employers and employees. Prior to joining Sterling, Gentrie served in leadership roles in employee benefits specifically related to: Account Management, Production, Director of Operations, Human Resources, Payroll, Corporate Training and Communication. First 10 years she was in production and training on the broker side of the business. She has spent the last six years on the carrier/TPA side. Gentrie is the former president of the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters, she served on the board for 10 years at the local and state levels. She holds her L&H and P&C licenses, as well as her RHU, REBC, SGS and CSA designations. Gentrie is a NAHU Healthcare Reform Certification Course, Certified Professional. Gentrie also has a Masters of Science in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University. Most importantly: she has a 360 degree perspective on how the landscape of employee benefits affects both the employer and employees.
